My perception of Real Estate agents was the fast talking, promise the world type characters but your calm, strategic and measured logic has broken the mould.
As you were aware, we spoke to several people about the listing and they all had their pros and cons but in an area where most vendors have no clue, your insights were immeasurable.
One day was all it took to sell our property … one day! This has got to be some sort of record and we achieved a fantastic result far beyond our expectations.
